Gentle, Hands-On Osteopathy at Yonge and Lawrence

Manual osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach to care. At our osteopathy clinic in Midtown Toronto, we take the time to find the root causes of your discomfort, then use treatment tailored to you to ease tension, improve circulation and support healing.

We welcome patients of every age, from newborns and new parents to athletes and seniors. Care is available in French and English, with appointments throughout the week, including Saturdays, for families in Lawrence Park, Yonge and Eglinton and across Midtown.

Meet Our Osteopaths

Our three osteopathic manual practitioners each hold a D.O. and completed a five- or six-year, full-time clinical program in osteopathy in Europe. Each brings more than eight years of clinical experience, and our team includes past board members of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners.

Between them, they have advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum osteopathy, perinatal and pediatric care, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Every treatment is shaped around your history, your concerns and your goals.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment starts with a conversation about your health history, what's bothering you and what you'd like to get back to. From there, your osteopath uses gentle, hands-on techniques tailored to you and explains what they're finding along the way, so you leave understanding more about your body.

If follow-up care makes sense for you, we suggest booking two or three visits at a time to keep your care consistent.
