Arielle is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of clinical practice, graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2014. She has worked extensively in multidisciplinary settings and brings a strong foundation in both evidence-informed care and holistic healing principles.
Her clinical approach focuses on reducing muscle tension, alleviating pain, and improving joint mobility. Arielle believes that massage therapy provides a therapeutic space where clients can reconnect with their physical bodies, regulate their nervous system, and restore balance.
She is a certified acupuncture provider through McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program (2019) and holds additional cupping therapy training through the International Cupping Therapy Association (2015). Arielle addresses pain, tension patterns, and functional concerns from a comprehensive and integrative perspective, tailoring each session to her clients’ unique needs and goals. She incorporates breathwork, acupuncture, cupping, essential oils, and hydrotherapy alongside manual techniques to support deeper release and nervous system regulation.
She also offers hot stone massage using botanical oils and essential oils, providing a deeply relaxing, warming, and restorative treatment experience.
